The Boat Site was founded by Garth Meier. Garth is an experienced boating enthusiast with an unsurpassed passion and knowledge about boats and the boating industry in general.

Having owned boats for most of his life he has become an expert in being able to source boats from around the country to best suit the needs and lifestyles of potential buyers. Initially this talent of matching the right boat to the right buyer was just a hobby. It was inevitable that Garth would eventually realise that his dream can become his business. And so, in 2007 The Boat Site was established.
